Coaches must ensure that a majority (preferably all) feedback or comments regarding team acceptance positive in nature so that the athletes can fully understand what they are doing right or have yet to improve in. If young athletes are in a negative way , sensitive athletes usually not good for him, and this may be in a higher sense of concern for their performance, the result could have a detrimental effect their growth and the improvement of the sport.
